The Medication Management Program operates through Independent Living, Inc. and its subsidiary, Independent Health Care, and provides a Licensed Practical Nurse to privately assess, review and organize your medications.  Our LPN can also continue to oversee and ensure medications are taken on schedule* easing worry for you and your family.

• Obtaining a complete list of medications from your doctor
• Educating you about the purpose of each prescription
• Checking for any expired medications
• Ordering your medicines
• Checking your vitals to ensure readings are within normal range(s)
• Advocating for you on issues of prescription dosage, conflicting medication or an increase in side effects
• Providing a regular safety check
• Contacting your family, doctor or case manager if there are changes in your mental or physical status
